Feature
This machine adopts 3 sets of servo motors, Siemens PLC automatic control, automatically adjust of tension,meter counter,etc. Friction shaft/ Air shaft can be switched to rewinding.
The whole machine is composed of unwinding unit, slitting unit, rewinding unit, Main Driver, electrical control system and so on. The detailed description is as follows:

Unwinding Unit:
Unwinding structure: using shaftless central unwinding, unwinding arm hydraulic up and down, left and right manual adjustment, maximum weight is 400kg, with a set of 3-inch chuck (6-inch can be optional), even at full load, operators can easily complete the winding action with simple operation keys, greatly reduce labor intensity, reduce unwinding time, and improve production efficiency.
Unwinding tension: using 5Kg magnetic powder brake, PLC automatic tension control
Unwinding correction system: ARISE CCD deviation correction system, CCD detection of material edges and printing line, driven by servo motor, sensitive response, convenient operation, accurate tracking.    

Slitting Unit:
The cutting method adopts razor blade (two kinds of cutter groove roller and overhead cutting).
The blade head is adjusted by worm gear and worm, with 10 sets of Three-hole tool holder (the total thickness of the tool holder is less than or equal to 20mm).
The waste edge is blown out by a fan (the waste edge winder is optional) 

Rewinding Unit:
The rewinding is 3-inch air friction shaft coiling (suitable for large thickness, cutting multiple plates), the cylinder is locked, easy to operate, durable and reliable. Friction ring is 25mm.
The rewinding uses PLC to control two 4KW servo motors to drive two friction shafts. Automatically control tension, Tension display by digital graphic, intuitive and convenient.
Cantilever rewinding. Discharge to the left (with unloading frame, arm length 1100mm).
The press roller is divided into two groups of pneumatic press rollers.
